How do I create an account?
Download fanhalo for iOS or Android, open the app, and follow the sign-up steps. You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register.
How do I set or change my status?
From the home dashboard, tap a status or preset button to post what you're doing right now. Your followers see the update in their feed.
How do followers find and follow me?
Followers can discover you through search and subscribe to your updates. Once subscribed, they're notified when you post or go live.
I forgot my password or can't log in.
Use the login screen's recovery option, or email us at [support@fanhalo.com] from the address on your account and we'll help you regain access.
How do I manage notifications?
Open Settings in the app to control device notifications and which updates you receive. You can turn notifications on or off at any time.
How do I delete my account?
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from in-app settings. If you need assistance, email us and we'll process your request.
Does fanhalo host adult content?
No. fanhalo is a promotion and networking layer — we help you announce and distribute notifications about your own activity. We do not host, produce, distribute, or sell explicit material, and it is never uploaded through our systems.
How do I report a problem or abuse?
Email [support@fanhalo.com] with details. Content involving minors or non-consensual material is strictly prohibited and reported to the appropriate authorities.
